Introduction

You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma. Stress from work, caregiving, illness, or major life changes can leave you feeling stuck and exhausted. My clients often come to me looking for relief from worry, sadness, grief, or chronic pain, and wanting healthier ways to manage emotions and relationships. Together, we work toward regaining balance, building resilience, and creating a life that feels calmer, more hopeful, and more connected. I use evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and IFS to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and trauma. For those facing illness or caregiving stress, I offer specialized support. I also integrate art therapy for creative expression and innovative tools like tDCS for chronic pain, migraines, and mood. Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer warmth, compassion, and an integrative approach—combining science, creativity, and evidence-based care. If you’re ready to explore new ways of coping and build lasting resilience, I’d be honored to support your journey.
