Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Counselor–Mental Health (LPC-MH) with 30 years of experience, my work has taught me that healing begins with connection. I believe deeply in the power of a compassionate, trusting therapeutic relationship—one where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to offer a safe, gentle space where you can lay down what you’ve been carrying and explore your emotions without judgment. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people of all ages and backgrounds. I’m especially experienced in walking alongside those facing caregiver fatigue, end-of-life challenges, anxiety, and the emotional weight that comes with major life transitions. These moments can feel incredibly isolating, and no one should have to navigate them alone. In our sessions, you can expect thoughtful, heartfelt conversations and a collaborative approach. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy; instead, we work together to discover what feels right, meaningful, and achievable for you. I draw on decades of experience, but also on genuine empathy and a respect for your unique story. My hope is that you feel supported, valued, and empowered every step of the way. I use virtual sessions to make therapy accessible and comfortable, allowing you to engage in the work from a space that feels safe to you. Above all, I am committed to showing up with warmth, curiosity, and steadiness. I’m passionate about this work because I’ve seen how transformative it can be when people feel connected and not alone. Watching clients rediscover themselves, find relief, and move forward with confidence is the greatest joy of my career. It would be an honor to walk beside you on your journey toward healing, clarity, and a more grounded sense of self.
