As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, I take a comprehensive, individualized approach to mental health care. While medication can be an important part of treatment, I also believe lasting improvement comes from understanding the whole person—including sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, relationships, and other daily lifestyle factors. I value the integration of psychotherapy and collaborate closely with therapists when appropriate. My goal is to work alongside each patient to develop an evidence-based treatment plan that supports long-term wellness and helps them live their fullest life.
