My approach to therapy is a consistent, authentic and collaborative vibe. I can be direct, but I’ve been told my delivery is grounded in warmth and nonjudgment. I prioritize fostering emotional safety and truly enjoy co-constructing authentic and trusting relationships that are rooted in real connection, and are explorative and generative. I love working with mixed-identity (in neurotype, race, health status, orientations, etc) couples and/or family systems, supporting parents, supporting other therapists, and doing longterm relational trauma work with adults. I’ve supported individuals and relationships with: trauma work (which includes: increasing self regulation/soothing, somatic relief, boundaries, reparenting, grief practices, liberation practices, contextualizing shame and insecurities & building frameworks rooted in self compassion and self accommodation), late-diagnosed & lifelong neurodivergent journeys, chronic illness & disability life, interpersonal dynamics and cycles of conflict, nontraditional relationships, navigating complex family of origin relationships, substance use, existential questions, unpacking power dynamics, navigating social and/or institutional oppression, communicative growth, gestation/postpartum & (co)parenting.
