I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, and expressing their emotions, especially the quieter ones who tend to keep things to themselves or worry about being too much. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel safe being yourself and learning to trust in your own worth. Whether you're navigating peer relationships, managing depression or anxiety, dealing with school challenges, or exploring your identity, I'm here to help. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered approaches, and strength-based techniques to help you build confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and show up authentically. I work with individuals primarily in-person, and I'm currently accepting new clients. I also have experience supporting youth managing Type 1 Diabetes. If you're ready to find your voice, I'd be glad to walk alongside you.
