Introduction

Hi! My name is Becca and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor in the state of Alabama. I am passionate about supporting women and LGBTQIA+ folks as they face the challenges of life, reconnect with their identities, and find their way back to themselves. If you are struggling and looking for a safe, affirming space to explore your emotions, deepen your understanding of who you are, and build a more fulfilling life, I would be honored to walk alongside you. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices. I believe that therapy works best when you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Together, we can work on navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-worth, and the lingering impact of trauma or stress. I aim to help you untangle the parts of your story that feel heavy or confusing so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. I view each person as inherently capable and resilient. I believe the strength you need for healing is already within you—therapy simply provides the supportive space to uncover it. In our work, I strive to create a warm, grounding environment where you can explore at your own pace, show up authentically, and begin to build a life that feels aligned with who you truly are. Healing begins when you give yourself the space to be seen, heard, and understood.
