If you’re here, you’re probably starting to question things you were once so sure about. The beliefs, rules, expectations, and places that told you who you were supposed to be don’t feel as solid anymore. Lately, you might find yourself sitting there thinking... “Wait… who the hell am I?” I work with women (25+) navigating religious trauma, deconstruction, and high-control environments, not just religious, but social and political spaces too. This work is about power, identity, and figuring out how to exist in the world on your own terms. I’m not here to tell you what to believe. I’m not here to push you in any direction. I’m here to help you sort through what’s yours, what isn’t, and what actually fits you. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means we’re not just going to sit and talk in circles. We’re going to build real, usable tools so you can move forward without feeling stuck in your past or overwhelmed by everything all the time. I get it. I didn’t just learn about this in a textbook. I grew up as a masking, late-diagnosed ADHDer in a high-control religious system. I know what it’s like to leave everything you’ve ever known in search of yourself. The process can feel scary, disorienting, and overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. If this feels like the right space for you, we can start figuring out who you want to become, together.
