You might look like you have it together—but inside, things feel overwhelming, exhausting, or stuck in ways you can’t quite explain. Maybe you overthink everything, feel emotionally reactive (or shut down), or find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships. You may wonder why things that “shouldn’t bother you anymore” still do. I work with adults who are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally—whether that shows up as anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Many of my clients have past experiences that still impact how they feel and respond today, even if they don’t fully identify it as trauma. I work especially well with people who have tried therapy before but still feel stuck. In therapy, we go beyond just talking. We’ll work to understand your patterns and help you actually feel and respond differently in your day-to-day life. I provide virtual therapy for adults across Texas and can also work with clients in other PSYPACT-participating states.
