Asking for help doesn't mean something is wrong with you or that you've admitted defeat. It only means the coping strategies that used to carry you through aren't working the same way anymore. When that happens, it's easy to feel hurt, stuck, alone, or unsure where to turn. Please know that healing and safety are possible for you, your relationships, and your loved ones. You are an expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, honesty, and a little bit of lightness where appropriate, so you can explore your experiences free of judgment and regain a sense of clarity and peace. I’d like to help you develop self-compassion, reduce shame, and feel more confident, and capable in your relationships. I'm a licensed therapist (LMFT) and am fully certified in EMDR. Much of my work involves individuals and couples coping with trauma, anxiety, relational distress, faith transition, identity transitions, and depression. As a queer person, I’ve navigated relational, faith, and mental health challenges of my own, and I want you to know you have a safe space.
