Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Art Therapist (ATR) and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) with specialized training in trauma-informed care, and I bring a compassionate, genuine, and nonjudgmental approach to every session. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My toolkit is diverse—I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and art-based approaches to meet you where you are. I believe in building on your existing strengths and honoring your unique story and cultural background. Whether you're processing loss, working through relationship patterns, adjusting to major change, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to create a safe, creative space for healing. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and accept multiple insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
