I work with collaboratively with clients to identify and untangle unhealthy patterns in your life and to foster a healthier relationship with yourself. Clients are often working through concerns such as symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, ADHD and executive dysfunction, trauma, and relationship dynamics. I view therapy as a collaborative process and use an integrative therapeutic approach to best meet clients' unique needs. As your therapist, my priority is to create a supportive, warm, and safe space.
