Hello! I’m Becca, a licensed clinical social worker based in Missoula. I’m passionate about providing high-quality mental health care to individuals, both in-person and over telehealth, throughout Montana. My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based care. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel understood, challenged, and empowered throughout treatment. As an OCD and anxiety specialist, I believe that while symptoms can be incredibly convincing and isolating, they are also highly treatable. My role is to help you understand your symptoms, build confidence in facing uncertainty, and develop the skills needed to reclaim your life from fear and compulsions. My practice is rooted in a strength-based, person-centered framework and incorporates evidence-based treatments including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Rather than focusing on eliminating uncomfortable thoughts or feelings, I help clients build willingness, increase psychological flexibility, and reconnect with their values.
