Introduction

Healing reconciles our universal need for connection with making sense of life’s expected and unexpected events. Within a strong therapeutic relationship, meaningful shifts such as reduced stress reactivity, improved clarity, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense resilience may emerge. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and young people navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, loss, and emotional overwhelm. Therapy offers a safe, compassionate space to explore patterns to see what's helpful or unhelpful, and then make changes that can improve coping, communication, and overall functioning. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral approaches (CBT), I support clients in building healthier relationships and navigating life’s twists and turns. I also lead Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) groups, helping participants cultivate awareness, and develop practical skills for well-being. Services are available in-person, just two minutes from Route 30’s Hellam Exit, or via secure virtual therapy. Reaching out can feel intimidating. To ease this process, I welcome you to schedule a 15-minute, no-cost consultation to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit.
