Introduction

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by past experiences, or struggling in your relationships, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. As a licensed social worker, I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to feel more connected, understood, and at peace in their daily lives. My approach is supportive, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you create real, lasting change—not just temporary relief. I’m trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which means we can work together to process past trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and improve communication and connection in your relationships. You don’t have to keep feeling this way—change is possible, and it can start with one step.
