I was raised in the Midwest where camping, fishing and bike riding were staples. I grew a love of family, friends, and fellow travelers which I attribute to shaping my desire to become a therapist. I went on to graduate from the University of Memphis and then received an M.A. from Mount Mercy University. I am a professionally trained LMFT, with emphasis on Attachment Issues, Women's Issues (Pregnancy Loss/Perinatal & Postpartum), Eating Disorders, Couples, Anxiety, and Trauma. I utilize several modalities alongside somatic, breath, and meditative work. I have a passion for supporting and encouraging individuals and families. My desire is to help you experience connection, healing, and hope, while providing a safe and compassionate environment for you to share your experiences, access healing, and increase confidence and freedom. Your story, and the meaning of your story, are genuinely important to me. Your collaboration and autonomy are essential as I support you in processing your experiences, utilizing your strengths, and in achieving the change that you are seeking.
