Introduction

Hello, and welcome to Behavioral Teaching Solutions (BTS). My name is Maribel “Belle” Castillo Stikeleather, and I am proud to serve as the Executive Director and founding president of BTS. With over 17 years of experience in education, behavior analysis, and program development, I have worked across the United States, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, including as a clinical director and early implementer of the Competent Learner Model (CLM) in the United Arab Emirates. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Certified CLM Coach, and am currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on coaching. At BTS, I combine the evidence-based Constructional Approach with my passion for empowering individuals, families, and communities to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
