You might describe it as anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck. Maybe your relationships are falling apart, or you're angry at things that wouldn't have bothered you before. You're disconnected from what used to matter, or effort just feels pointless. A lot of driven men (and women) come to me describing these things. What we usually discover is that underneath the anxiety or stress is something deeper—a loss most aren't taught to recognize or name. Loss of role, identity, direction, connection. The kind of loss that shows up as anger, numbness, or disconnection instead of sadness. I help you shift unhelpful thinking patterns and build clarity through mindfulness and nature-based reflection. We also explore different parts of yourself that may be pulling in different directions, and strengthen your own motivation for change. Sessions are in my downtown State College office or outdoors—the setting matters for how we work together The setting shifts what's possible—outdoor sessions create space for different kinds of clarity. It's about accompanying you through what's shifted, helping you reconnect to what still matters, and rebuilding from there. If this resonates, let's talk about whether working together makes sense.
