Together, we’ll use body-based approaches, like EMDR and the Safe and Sound Protocol, to help your nervous system reset and break free from cycles of fear and pain. They experience fewer panic attacks, feel calmer in situations that once felt overwhelming, and even notice a reduction in physical pain—sometimes leaving sessions feeling better than when they arrived.
