Introduction

Whether you have had therapy before or are checking it out for the first time, I am glad you are here. Life is challenging and we all have some experience with grief, depression, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. Some of us have lived through significant trauma as well. Therapy sessions are a safe place to heal and grow. All sessions are tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances. I received my masters in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued my studies at The Washington School of Psychiatry. My approach to therapy is relational, client centered, and psychodynamic. I appreciate you visiting my page and hope you will reach out. Let's begin the conversation.
