Introduction

My name is Belinda and I have created a practice that incorporates self-love, acceptance, and learning to live in balance. I have worked in addiction, which has given me the skills necessary to treat trauma, depression, and anxiety. I work to find the root of the problem and help clients find new ways to think, feel, and behave once the source of the problem is uncovered. Thanks to a background in education, I am able to explain complicated concepts in a way that each person can understand. I am enthusiastic about music and I use it often in my work. I am trained to provide EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy) and I am able to use that method for a variety of diagnoses, including trauma, obsessive thoughts, addiction, and others. I look forward to meeting you!
