I've never met a pattern that didn't make sense once we understood what it was protecting. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-doubt, feeling stuck, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my role is to help you approach those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. My path to becoming a therapist began long before graduate school. For over two decades, I worked as a dancer, choreographer, educator, and producer, studying how people adapt, express themselves, connect, and heal through movement, creativity, and relationship. Those experiences continue to inform my work as a psychotherapist, alongside my training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, EMDR, somatic approaches to trauma healing, and attachment-focused care. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, with particular interest in supporting creatives, innovators, social change leaders, individuals navigating anxiety, trauma and complex PTSD, relationship challenges, body-based concerns, and recovery from high-control environments, religious trauma, purity culture, and spiritual abuse. My approach is relational, experiential, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we stop separating the body, mind, and heart and allow them to work together. Some clients begin with practical tools and insight. Others connect more readily through the body, imagination, metaphor, or emotion. I follow you. The modalities follow us. Ultimately, I believe therapy is most powerful when it helps people reconnect with an inner source of stability—a sense of trust in themselves that can travel with them wherever they go. My hope is that our work together helps you find that inner anchor and discover new possibilities for healing, connection, and growth.
