Hello, my name is Bella Crouchet! I am a mental health therapist who specializes in supporting children ages 5 to 12 experiencing challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, self-esteem, social difficulties, and life transitions. I understand that every child is unique, and I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where children feel comfortable being themselves. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of my work, as children are more likely to grow and make progress when they feel safe, understood, and supported. I use developmentally appropriate and evidence-based approaches to help children identify emotions, develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, build confidence, and navigate challenges both at home and at school. I believe parents and caregivers are valuable partners in the therapeutic process. When appropriate, I work closely with families to provide support, share strategies, and strengthen the skills children are learning in therapy. My goal is to help children develop the tools they need to manage challenges, build resilience, and feel successful in their everyday lives. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, attention and focus, emotional regulation, friendships, or adjusting to changes, I am committed to providing compassionate support and helping them reach their goals.
