Many of my clients are LGBTQ+ adults navigating identity, chosen family, and belonging in a world not always built for them. As a gay man, I know these challenges firsthand, recognizing that your path is likely different from mine. Other clients come during a period of change — whether that's a career shift, concerns about aging, grief, or a transition in relationships. I spent two decades in nonprofits before becoming a therapist, and I understand navigating changes from the inside. Together, we'll slow down, notice your patterns, and examine the stories you carry — ensuring they still serve who you are today. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ adults and people navigating life transitions — grief, career change, aging, identity. My practice is kink- and polyamory-affirming. My approach is person-centered: you are the expert on your own life. I draw on narrative therapy to help you examine the stories woven into your identity and decide which still serve you. Reaching out to a therapist can feel like one more task on a full plate — or a step you've been circling for a while. Whether therapy is new to you or you're returning after time away, you don't need to have it figured out before we talk. If something here resonates, I'd be glad to connect and explore whether we're a good fit. Curiosity is welcome here.
