My name is Ben Gervais, LCPC. I have always had an interest in helping others with difficulties throughout my life and decided to become a mental health therapist. My specializations are working with OCD, depression, anxiety and adjustment issues as well as grief. I use CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) as my primary approach to treatment, as well as solution-focused and strength-base therapies. In using CBT to help change negative thought patterns and behaviors, one can rewire the way they think and respond to different mental health and life issues to lead to positive outcomes. My goal is to help my clients in their behaviors, thoughts and reactions to gain a more positive result in their lives.
