I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy where I learned the importance of past experiences and how they impact the present. Entering into therapy is a difficult but brave thing! In therapy, I desire to give you a boundaries space to explore feelings and experiences that you have not been able to explore or have trouble exploring on your own. The therapeutic relationship is vital to a productive therapy experience and my goal is to provide you with a non-judgmental space where we can work together as a team where we can be brave and curious together about your experiences and begin to reflect, grow, and change.
