I work with teens and adults who are navigating grief, loss, anxiety, and the changes that come with being human. My goal is to offer a calm, grounded space where you can slow down, make sense of what feels tangled, and begin to feel more connected to yourself and others. I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I believe growth happens when we bring care and awareness to the parts of ourselves that need it most. Together, we can explore what it means to move forward with clarity. My approach blends psychodynamic therapy, somatic practices, attachment-theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand not just what you feel, but why. We all get stuck. Growth isn’t linear; it’s often messy, surprising, and brave. I believe therapy is a place to honor both the pain and the possibility of change, to integrate what has been, and create space for what’s next.
