Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. You may be working through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, relationships, or a major life transition. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults and teens who want a space to slow down, make sense of what they’re carrying, and feel more at home in their own lives. I also enjoy working with families! My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, relationship, and the belief that you are more than a diagnosis or the hardest thing you’ve been through. I work collaboratively, drawing from CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, somatic awareness, and existential/humanistic approaches depending on what feels useful to you. I believe people are deeply diverse, and therapy should reflect that. No two clients come into the room with the same story, needs, strengths, or way of seeing the world. My humanistic perspective means I don’t believe in forcing people into a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I want to understand who you are, what matters to you, and what you need.
