Introduction

Clients appreciate my warmth, intellectual depth, and direct communication (I don't just nod my head and ask 'how did that make you feel'). While healing isn't linear, plateaus and setbacks are normal, most clients notice meaningful progress within the first few months. We'll work at your pace while moving toward the changes you want to create. I offer 10 years of experience working with trauma, mood disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, gender diversity, anxiety & depression. I use evidence-based methods like DBT, CBT, & trauma-informed care to build trust, identify what's blocking progress, and create personalized treatment plans that address root causes, not just the symptoms. I know reaching out can feel scary. I have worked with many people who were unsure about starting therapy and/or skeptical that it could even help. I encourage you to schedule a 15 minute call to determine best fit.
