I believe meaningful change begins when people have a space where they can be honest about what they are carrying without judgment. My work focuses on helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with men, young adults, and individuals from underserved and marginalized communities who may have learned to survive difficult environments without ever having the opportunity to process what those experiences have cost them emotionally. My approach is practical, collaborative, and person-centered. I integrate cognitive behavioral strategies, behavioral interventions, motivational techniques, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their patterns, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create sustainable change. Whether you are struggling with the effects of past trauma, trying to gain control over substance use, experiencing anxiety or depression, or simply feeling stuck in life, our work will focus not only on managing symptoms but on understanding the person behind them. My goal is to provide a respectful environment where you can develop greater insight, accountability, resilience, and direction for the next stage of your life. I provide both in-person and telehealth services and welcome adolescents, adults, couples, and families seeking a practical path toward healthier functioning and meaningful grow
