I am a behavioral health therapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and improve their overall emotional well-being. I work with young adults, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, workplace stress, ADHD, attachment concerns, and other emotional and behavioral health challenges. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family systems approaches, while providing culturally responsive care that respects each client’s identity, experiences, values, and unique circumstances. Whether you are processing grief, adjusting to a significant life change, rebuilding after divorce, navigating relationship or family challenges, managing ADHD, exploring attachment patterns, or simply seeking greater clarity and balance in your life, therapy can provide a supportive space for meaningful growth and change. In addition to individual, couples, and family therapy, I offer life coaching and group services. Telehealth appointments are available, and I accept a broad range of insurance plans. I am currently accepting new clients and welcome the opportunity to support you as you work toward healing, growth, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of well-being.
