Introduction

I am Bertha Myers. I began my journey of counseling in 2013. I was struggling in 2012 and began seeing a therapist. I wanted more information, and school was an option for me. I graduated in 2016. I have a Bachelor's in Sociology, a MA in Business, and a MA in Mental Health. I specialize in anxiety, stress, depression, grief, conflict resolution, anger, substance use/abuse, and suicidal ideations. My method of counseling is Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Bowen Family Systems Therapy. I look forward to working with you.
