Transition, loss, confusion, disconnection, loneliness, sadness, anger, grief, anxiety, pain, emotional dysregulation, relationship conflict, low self-esteem. These are all normal feelings and experiences that come and go throughout life, but they sometimes grow unmanageable and disrupt our health, well-being, and day to day functioning. Perhaps you are experiencing a physical transformation or radical life transition, feeling disconnected or deeply uncomfortable, moving through trauma, or are currently in a place of acute suffering. You deserve to feel whole, healthy, and connected. You deserve effective help and compassionate support. I am here to tell you that are not alone! With respect, empathy, and kindness, I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and shame-free space that fosters brave discovery and positive change. Deeply relational, I have a clinical interest in women's health (cis, trans, non-binary, or self-defined), sexual wellness, peri-menopause & menopause, divorce, attachment wounds, relational conflict, adjustment and transitions, identity formation, loss & grief, and depression. I practice using a trauma informed approach with the perspective that you are a unique individual who deserves counseling specifically tailored to your issues, concerns, and culture. Utilizing empirically supported modalities, together we will collaborate on a highly personal, integrative, and holistic approach to your most pressing issues and find a path forward that steadily improves your life. Prior to counseling, I was a touring singer-songwriter, guitarist, and recording artist for nearly 20 years. In 2022, I returned to CU Boulder to finish my BA in History, focusing on women's health, menopause, and aging in the U.S. In 2026, I graduated from the University of Denver with a Master's in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in clinical mental health. When not seeing clients or studying, I love to hike in the foothills, cook extravagant meals for my community, and snuggle with my elderly yellow lab, Ellie (aka: BabyDog). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate practicing under the clinical supervision of Carmen Cool, MA, LPC, ACS, license # 4257
