Introduction

I am a licensed clinical therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through life's challenges. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and have worked in both community mental health and the juvenile justice system. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. My style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and EMDR, while also tailoring each session to the individual. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and not judged. Together, we work on building insight, developing practical tools, and helping you feel more grounded and confident as you move forward.
