Introduction

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Feeling overwhelmed, sad, anxious? I’m here to help. As a seasoned social worker, I have supported women and families of all backgrounds. I have many years of experience working with pregnant and postpartum families, teen parents, survivors of trauma and intimate partner violence, helping clients manage anxiety, depression and life transitions. I have specialized training and a focus on providing support around preconception, pregnancy and the postpartum period. I offer a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to process through difficult emotions and utilize their strengths to heal and reach their goals. My style is warm, compassionate and holistic, filled with humor and empathy. I use a strengths-based approach, focusing on solutions to help clients prioritize their needs and navigate through times of change. Life can be difficult sometimes and I’m here to offer support. I hold a perinatal mental health certificate through Postpartum Support International. I’m also a board approved clinical supervisor and provide supervision for pre-licensed social workers in the state of Oregon. Please reach out. I look forward to connecting with you!
