One of my deepest core beliefs is in the inherent worth and dignity of all people. That belief led me to social work and has grounded a career spanning schools, emergency rooms, nonprofits, and therapy rooms. My approach is collaborative, relational, warm, and sometimes playful. I draw from attachment theory, somatic and mind-body practices, shame resilience, DBT, and a systems lens to help clients understand themselves more deeply, unlearn what has made them question their worth, and build lives that feel more whole and well. With couples and partners, I focus on creating shared language and new meeting points for connection. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful parts of therapy, and aim to create an hour where clients can exhale, let their nervous systems settle, and show up without everyone else’s expectations. Outside the therapy room, I do life in Austin with my partners and our two kids. I’m a hobby potter, live-music lover, national park road-tripper, and enthusiastic consumer of sushi.
