Hello and welcome to a safe space in which to share thoughts, experiences, emotions and a lot of humor. People who know me well say I was "born a social worker." My first act of social justice was as a fifth grader organizing a group of students to protest corporal punishment in school. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with diverse people, ages 3-98, different cultures, values, and norms. All of these people inform my private practice today. As a person who experiences ADHD, I am acutely aware of the impact of being neurodivergent in our neurotypical-seeming world. I use a wide range of trainings and lived experience in the therapeutic process, and understand our connection will have the biggest effects on outcomes. I truly love what I do and recognized the mutual benefit of working together. I am available to meet clients in person at in my small Eugene office or through Telehealth.
