I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, strength-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Mindfulness practices to help clients build practical skills and create meaningful change. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and emotional regulation. I also support clients facing challenges related to anger management and substance use, helping them understand patterns of behavior and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult emotions and life stressors.
