Introduction

As a therapist, I am here to help guide you in this journey of making changes and navigating life challenges. At times, we can get caught up in the day-to-day stressors of life and forget to pause and take the time to nurture ourselves. Therapy is one of the ways that we can breathe and take the time to strengthen our souls and our emotional well-being. I am passionate about helping clients increase self-awareness, improve relationships, and develop confidence in managing life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Through structured, goal-oriented therapy, I help clients gain practical skills to manage symptoms, regulate emotions, and move toward healthier and more fulfilling lives. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, strength-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Mindfulness practices to help clients build practical skills and create meaningful change. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and emotional regulation. I also support clients facing challenges related to anger management and substance use, helping them understand patterns of behavior and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult emotions and life stressors. The best part of this new journey is that you do not have to take it alone!
