I obtained my BA in Psychology from the University of Richmond in 1994 and my Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia in 1997. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT) and have been trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) for Complex Trauma (parts work), Brainspotting, Hakomi, Core Energetics, dream work, mindfulness based stress reduction, and traditional modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic). I am also certified in Integrative (holistic) Health from the University of Arizona.
