Introduction

Beth Jones, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, brings over 35 years of experience in the mental health field to our practice. Beth individualizes treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman method, and mindfulness practices, with a focus on trauma-informed care. In addition to private practice, Beth has worked in schools, medical facilities, and private homes. She works in groups or individually with adolescents, adults, older adults, families, and couples. Beth firmly believes we all have the capacity to heal from our past, learn effective strategies to cope with present challenges, and move forward into the future with new skills to maximize our potential for growth and fulfillment.
