Introduction

Helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions through psychotherapy and mind-body approaches that foster lasting resilience and well-being. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or stuck? Perhaps you're navigating a difficult life transition, coping with chronic stress, or longing to feel more calm, connected, and like yourself again. With more than 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I help adults move beyond simply managing symptoms to creating greater balance, resilience, and well-being. My approach recognizes the powerful connection between the mind, body, and nervous system, and supports whole-person healing. I integrate evidence-based therapies with mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), positive psychology, polyvagal-informed practices and EMDR to help clients develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we'll work to strengthen your capacity for calm, connection, and emotional well-being while building on the strengths you already possess. Clients often appreciate the warmth, compassion, and collaborative nature of our work together. As the author of four books on well-being and a lifelong student of the mind-body connection, I enjoy translating research into meaningful strategies that can be applied in everyday life. Creating a sense of safety and connection is always our starting point. From there, we'll work together to help you access inner resources you may not even realize you have. If you're ready to move beyond simply getting through life and begin thriving with greater ease and resilience, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
