Introduction

Integrative, trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, and adults—blending creativity, neuroscience, mindfulness, and movement to support lasting change. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Whether you or your child is struggling with big emotions, behavior challenges, or anxiety—or you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to process deeper experiences—therapy can help create meaningful, lasting shifts. Beth offers a warm, individualized approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. With a PhD in Art Education and advanced clinical training, she integrates evidence-based methods like EMDR, DBT, RO-DBT (Level 1 Trained), Mindfulness-based Substance Abuse for Teens, AutPlay, and Play Therapy with creativity, mindfulness, and body-based practices. This means therapy is not one-size-fits-all. It’s designed around you. Beth works with: - Children and teens (including neurodivergent clients) - Adults navigating anxiety, trauma, or life transitions - Families seeking stronger connection and support She also offers EMDR intensives and retreat-style sessions for those looking for focused, accelerated healing. As a Registered Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor (E-RYT, RCYT) and founder of Yogiños: Yoga for Youth®, Beth brings a unique blend of movement, regulation, and creativity into the therapy space—helping clients build real-life tools for calm, connection, and resilience. A note from Beth: “My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t linear—and that matters. It allows me to meet each person with flexibility, compassion, and respect for their unique story. As both a clinician and a parent, I understand how complex life can feel at times. My goal is to help you or your child feel more grounded, capable, and supported—while building skills that truly last. As a single parent of 3 teen+ kids, I have had my share of ups and downs. I am eternally grateful for those who have coached and supported me. I look forward to meeting you and/or your kids, and working together to prioritize your needs and goals to support and empower you and your family on your personal journey to healing and joy.” Let’s take the next step together.
