To embark on a journey of lasting, positive change. I offer counseling for individuals experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, low self-esteem, identity development, trauma, life transitions (parenting, divorce, empty nest, etc.) and to improve and strengthen relationships. I also help clients learn greater awareness of body responses which improves the ability to regulate emotions. To achieve these objectives, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic Talk Therapy, Inner Child Work, Somatic Psychology (body and mind), Attachment Theory, Brain Science, Mindfulness, Reflective Meditation, Expressive Arts, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
