Growing a purposeful and satisfying life can be elusive, perhaps because of the culture (chasing money, perhaps) we live in. But I've found that simple practices (no pun intended) of self-reflection, taking ourselves seriously, and learning which questions to ask bring a deeper understanding of who we are and what we're here to do, to be. Whether through our learning, our loving, or our leanings, respect for the process allows a kind of magical transformation to develop. I've been honored to watch this profound growth in people for a few decades now and can't find much that's more satisfying than to see these results. I've been interested in the meaning of life since I was a child. The spiritual world never felt far away, and most of my adult life has been in pursuit of greater alignment with those teachings. That's gonna be different for everyone; I don't hold an agenda for how others live. My work is to hold the lantern, allow the process to unfold, and stay on the lookout for where the love lives. And grow it. You'll see that "what I treat" has a lot of categories. That's because what I really do is to work with people, not symptoms, and we are wildly creative at getting ourselves lost and confused in different ways. See my website (bethstrong.com) for more about me and how I work. I hope to meet you soon.
