One of the most fulfilling aspects of being a therapist is witnessing the incredible resilience and transformation that can emerge from life’s most challenging moments. I believe that every person has an inner core of strength—even when it feels out of reach. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions, uncover that strength, and rewrite your story with clarity and confidence. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together, we will explore approaches that work best for you, including talk therapy and EMDR. You have agency in your life, and I am here to help you find your voice, move through challenges, and shift from merely surviving to truly thriving. As a co-founder of Nurtured TX, I have dedicated years to helping women access high-quality care for peripartum anxiety and depression. My experience also extends to working with individuals facing trauma, HIV/AIDS, kidney disease, and hospice care. I believe that everyone deserves compassionate, dignified, and expert support on their journey to healing. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me outdoors—gardening, hiking, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with coffee, watching birds build their nests. And like many of us, I also love a good show to binge-watch! I work with individuals ages 18+ and would be honored to support you in your healing journey.
