Sometimes it’s hard to explain what’s wrong. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or simply exhausted from carrying so much for so long. You might look like you’re functioning well on the outside while privately struggling with self-doubt, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or a major life transition. I provide a warm, collaborative space where we can slow down and make sense of what you’re experiencing together. My approach is insight-oriented and relational, helping you understand not only what’s happening, but why. As both an art therapist and psychotherapist, I incorporate creative expression when it feels helpful, though no artistic experience is ever required. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, chronic illness, grief, and questions of identity and meaning. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself so that change feels lasting rather than temporary.
