Introduction

I work with entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-functioning individuals who care deeply about what they’re building and who they’re showing up for. Our coaching space is about honoring that passion for growth while helping you navigate stress, uncertainty, and constant decisions about where to invest your time and energy. If you feel a deep pull to live life on your own terms, while holding a lot in your work, your relationships, or your role in your family, this is your moment to feel seen, exhale deeply, and know you don’t have to hold it all alone. As a trauma-informed coach within a therapy practice, my approach is largely shaped by my own lived experiences, which have deepened my understanding of how early patterns can show up in ways like struggling to speak up, putting your needs last, or feeling misunderstood in relationships. I never want you to feel stuck in overwhelm, even in the craziest of seasons. Sometimes just knowing you have a consistent place to slow down, process what’s feeling heavy, and find clarity to make aligned decisions is already a weight lifted off your shoulders. As someone who has worked to constantly evolve my marriage, walked through owning my own business, and found who I want to be as a mother raising teenage twins, I understand how much intention it takes to build a meaningful life. You can trust that I’m always thinking about how to best support you, whether that’s within our coaching space or by collaborating with our therapists so you feel fully supported in the way you need. My helper energy runs deep, and it anchors me in creating a space where you can experience the clarity, relief, and freedom you’re looking for. I believe there is an abundance of enoughness already in you. Let’s build from there.
