Weekly In-Person Neurodivergent Groups Mondays 9-10:30 am or 12-130 pm Fridays 9-10:30 am or 12-1:30 pm ADHD, Autism, Gifted, Pathological Demand Avoidance? I work with couples and communities sorting through the roots of their emotional challenges. I am passionate about exploring the impacts of neurodivergence while healing trauma. I deeply understand the intersection of neurodiversity, disability, and therapy to compassionately provide effective help to people who might not see results from typical therapy. Trauma focused experiential therapies, such as psychodrama, are my favorite ways to help clients embody change instead of simply talking about it. These methods bring play, imagination and creativity back into the forefront of lives. My education is in the Depth and Jungian tradition of psychology, which seeks wisdom at the root of issues to inspire meaningful change. I have a long history of working with highly sensitive people and families. I love exploring neurodivergent trauma with those who experience traits of Autism and/or ADHD. My thesis explored Pathological Demand Avoidance (or persistent drive for autonomy) and its impact on romantic couple attachment. I am neurodiversity affirming and AuDHD myself. I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and use an anti oppression lens in my work.
