Introduction

I have experience and thoroughly enjoy working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community, those deconstructing from high-control religion, and those with neurodiversity. I find that these unique sets of identity markers are difficult to understand unless they are lived experience, and I've found these folks tend to feel comfortable in my therapeutic space. I specialize in attachment, trauma, and dissociation. I mainly use EMDR and Parts work (I use a mix of Internal Family Systems, structural dissociation, and ego state), and I incorporate somatic work with my knowledge and experience as a trained yoga teacher. If you are anxious about finding a provider who will be safe, allied, and nonjudgmental of "nontraditional" lifestyles, you've found your person! I will take great care to understand your world from YOUR perspective, and no one else's. Therapy is scary, especially if you're in an underserved or marginalized community. Let's build safety together!
