Introduction

I work with clients across the lifespan who have experience many different mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and adapting to changes. In therapy we focus on building safety with your body in the present moment. Instead of fighting uncomfortable thoughts and emotions, [co]regulation allows you to tolerate them and make to sense of your past experiences. This empowers you to heal trauma and make changes by taking steps towards a meaningful life. I'm currently accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions, and I accept a range of insurance plans. I'm pursuing EMDR Basic Training and will be offering that modality soon. I specialize in three specific areas: 1. I work with children (4+) with acute trauma or behavioral challenges. With clients who are minors, I partner with their caregivers to provide psychoeducation and build regulation skills across the family system. 2. I work with teens who have experienced acute trauma (including self harm and suicidal ideation). 2. I work with adults who have experienced trauma from interpersonal relationships (i.g. spiritual abuse, betrayal trauma from primary partner).
