Hello, my name is Bethel. I’m a therapist and Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work. I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional well being. My approach is grounded in a person-in-environment perspective, meaning I consider not only internal experiences like symptoms of anxiety, depression, or trauma, but also other factors such as relationships, stressors, and life circumstances that shape each client’s story. I also use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to help clients build coping skills, increase self awareness, and improve overall functioning. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes and reach their therapeutic goals. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I am committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting them in building resilience, confidence, and a greater sense of balance in their lives. I am passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and mood-related challenges.
