While blocking out your past can help you survive difficult times, it can also lead to symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, physical ailments, substance use, and more. I am especially interested in helping clients with gender, sexuality, and neurodiversity related stressors. Pain and trauma around these parts of ourselves often develops when we attempt to conform to the expectations of society. I want to be your ally in developing self-acceptance around your identity. My credentials and experience allow me to sign off on required hours for training licenses for therapists, social workers, and substance use counselors.
